Dales Pony Breeding in North America
DPCNA is fortunate to have a number of eager, thoughtful and knowledgeable young Dales Pony breeders. They have worked well together to see that new foals are the product of intelligent bloodlines that produce ponies who well represent this amazing and critically endangered breed. Several have been able to bring across colts and mares from the UK who have further widened the gene pool North America.
Elysium Fields Farm is a Dales Pony breeding farm near Ocala, Florida. We aim to be an ambassador for the breed and showcase what a Great All Rounder truly is. Starting with our first imported mare Sowermire Carol in 2016, we have since added imported mares Earnwell Unique and Griseburn Lady Jane. We are now standing at stud, Carol's blue roan colt by Envoy de Kingmaker; Floridadales Blue Envoy,'Maverick'.
Come visit our farm, and get a close up and personal Dales Pony experience at our Cyprus Guesthouse. We are expecting two new foals 2021.

Cascadia Dales Ponies, founded in 2018, is a very small family farm on Whidbey Island in Washington State. Our focus is breeding and raising awareness about a few select critically endangered breeds of farm animals.
Our Dales Ponies are the heart of our farm, and we look forward to increasing awareness about these beautiful, versatile, kind and amusing ponies. Our ponies are ridden by our whole family and enjoy trail riding, lower level dressage, and driving. More showing is in their future, and we hope to have them help us with draft work on the farm in the future as well.
Blackshadow Dales Pony Stud began in 2013 with a single Dales pony mare ( our Prim) whose presence and personality undoubtedly changed our future. Since then, we have been devoted to the Dales pony, and the preservation of this critically endangered native breed. We are a family run affaire, with an emphasis on our Dales ponies being ridden and handled by even the littlest members of our “herd”.
